Computer Science has a special place at Earlham
College for many reasons. Earlham provides a high-quality education in a wide
variety of fields, with a broad liberal arts foundation and Quaker values as its foci. The
incorporation of these into the Computer Science department allows students to
experience all sides of computing, with an emphasis on the people, organizations,
and groups working together to improve the field. The department is growing
quickly, but provides numerous opportunities for students to receive the individual
attention consistent with an Earlham education.
