Plan for the Week
We have already modified most of the functions and data structures used in rec to make it work for 3d grammars. Here is what we will be working on in the first part of this week:
- Dave will work on the readtree function for 3 dimensions (or n dimensions if possible).
- Colin will write some 3d automata and tree strings to use in rec and cky.
- Ian will finish up verifying the inferences and work on graphical output.
- Alex will debug the modifications already made to rec and begin looking at changing cky.
Once these tasks are finished, we will look more closely at cky and see how to divide amongst the group. We are still planning on having a working cky program for 3d grammars at the end of the week.
