The CS systems administrators will be switching over to a new and upgraded
quark the morning of the power shutdown. All data and configurations will
be transferred early in the morning of July 9, with a final synchronization
once services are shutdown after 5AM. All work involving interruptions of
service will be done within the scheduled downtime of 5AM-5PM on July 9.
