Jim's Sabbatical

Jim has been awarded a fellowship at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study for the 2005-2006 academic year. He will be working as part of a group project with Geoff Pullum (Linguistics, UC Santa Cruz) and Barbara Scholz (Philosophy, San Jose St.) putting together a comprehensive treatment of Model-Theoretic Syntax, an area that has grown, in part, from Jim's dissertation research.
