Using the reporting feature of ftp, one is able to test the 
maximum capacity of network cards, switches and such.  Be aware that at 
least two machines are needed for the testing of one network card.  That 
is, we need around 20 100mbits network cards to verify the advertised 
1000mbits switch capacity.

Preparation work:
	- local account on all the machines
	- ftp server with zeroed timeout configuration, standalone
	- files of certain size to be transferred
	- telnet access
