4x4-bit memory module
The 4x4 memory modules are the modules I used to store the words. Each module is capable of storing 4 4-bit words. I use two modules to store 4 8-bit words. The design consists of 16 flip-flops, 4 four-way OR gates, 16 AND gates, and Data input switches (L0-L7), address switches (A0 through A3) and CE, RW, OE switches. I choose not to do any of the address decoding in the chip because it was much easier to do all of the decoding in a 3 to 8 decoder.
