Added Features v.2

I am adding the second option from my version 1 added features list. This was the idea from Ian Henry and Daniel Hunter that has been in Jitterbug for a while now. The task is to add an On-The-Fly Weekly Schedule Builder that adds the blocks in your schedule table so that you can view what time your classes are being held.

• On-the-fly Weekly schedule builder
• Copy the code from person.cgi that displays the course schedule.
• Paste that code into reg_card.cgi before the student's table of courses
• Modify some of the code so that it prints out correctly
• Modify DATA_ACCESS.pm so that it returns only the block_html
• Add an else statement to sub current schedule in DATA_ACCESS.pm to retrieve registration_card from the database

Time spent working on project:
Design: 3 hours
Coding: 1 hour
Testing: 1/2 hour

Right now the version of this implementation that is up and running does not take collisions into account. This is something that I plan to work on tongiht but I wanted to have something up before the 5:00 due date.
