Whenever communicating about sensitive information, I prefer
to do so in an encrypted form. This eliminates the possibility
of eves-dropping that can (and does) occur on the Internet. I
do however understand that for some this is not possible.
Despite this, I do however digitally sign most if not all email
that I send. Below you will find the digital public key that I
use to encrypt and sign email and files. If you receive any
email from me that you are unable to open, please let me know
and I will make arrangements to re-transmit the data to you.
Currently I use GnuPG
under Un*x as my primary form of encrypting/signing files and
email. This key is, however, compatible with
PGP
versions greater than 5.0 or any other OpenPGP compliant
software. PGP can be obtained from the above link (as can
GnuPG) or from Network Associates.
Over the years, I have managed to accumulate many PGP keys.
Most of these keys are out of date and useless. Please use
only those keys which you find below as they are current. In
the future, I will post revocation certificates for keys which
I am no-longer using and can still remember the password.
The below keys replace all keys for Ned Nellis Bingham.
Any other keys than those below should not be used and
considered compromised.
