So over the years, I've had heaps of time to browse
through the web for things that I have found fun and/or
interesting. Here are links to all of these such
pages. Some of these links are just links to sites run by
friends of mine, but others are those of full scale
projects that are interesting. If I had the time, I'd be
involved in all of them. Feel free to send me email if
you find a site/link that is not working or if you find a
page that you think I should put here. If you are a friend
of mine, then that includes your web page. Enjoy...

Levent Besik

Levent is one of my good System Administration friends
from Earlham. He and I spend approximately 2 years
working together in the Computer Science Department
putting out fires and dealing with users. I do have to
admit, that despite being a Micro$oft guy/supporter,
he's not that bad with Un*x. Live on dude!

Aaron Cayard-Robers

Aaron is yet another of my good CS friends from
Earlham College. He is (or was when I last saw him)
however on the wild side though, so beware. He and I
spent the summer of 2001 in Richmond having a blast
and doing some legitimate research in our spare time.

Andrew C. Dingman

Andrew is another one of my good friends from... guess
where... Earlham. He is a fellow System Administrator
and we keep in touch fairly regularly despite being
separated in distance (and the fact that he graduated
a full 6 months before I did/am going to). I do have
to admit that he is a little better at keeping his web
page up to date than I.

Enlightenment.org
|
This is the web site of a really cool "Desktop
Shell" for the X-Windows desktop environment for
Un*x. It is extremely configurable and (in my honest
opinion) beautiful. I strongly urge anyone who can to
use it.
|

SystemImager.org
|
SystemImager is part of a suite of tools which are
extremely helpful when setting up large Linux
workstations (an office or a lab setting). I was part
of the team that started using it at Earlham College
in the Computer Science Department to synchronize the
software on all of the lab machines. The rest of the
tools can be found below at the System Installation
Suite site.
|

System Installation Suite
|
This is the rest of the System Installation
Suite. This suite combines the efforts of 3 projects
(SystemImager, SystemConfigurator & SystemInstaller)
into one tool for managing a large cluster of machines

Digital Blasphemy
|
Digital Blasphemy is just a really cool site. The dude
who runs the site is an avid graphic artist. I'd have
to say that he has some of the best graphics out there
on the web. Bravo!!

Themes.org
|
Themes.org is another fairly cool site that I frequent
a lot. The purpose of the site is as a repository for
themes for various Un*x desktop managers. |
