perl xml server --- > sets up fux with functions with pol files, calls the
functions in pm files (modukes). in person.pl , get pidm, replaces pl with
server, to get what we want to know ,

server calls the pm, the php, sets the server to pass arguments to
frontier server and gets the resutll in xml formate and unpacks it from
php to html.
