below, indicating your choice of grading plan for the course.
Return the signed form to me in person on or before Wednesday,
September 3 (last day to add a course).
Grading Plan A
I choose Grading Plan A for my participation in CS63: Principles
of Computer Organization, as described in the syllabus. I understand
that by choosing this grading plan, a large portion of my grade
in the course will depend on me turning in daily assignments
in a timely fashion. I willingly accept full responsibilty for
so arranging my schedule and asserting the necessary self-discipline
to allow me to adequately prepare these daily assignments in addition
to the other assignments in the course. I understand that I cannot
change my grading plan selection after the due-date shown above.

Grading Plan B
I choose Grading Plan B for my participation in CS63: Principles of
Computer Organization, as described in the syllabus. I understand
that by choosing this grading plan, a large portion of my grade
in the course will depend on my performance on the final examination.
I willingly accept full responsibility for preparing myself for
the final exam independently through the exercise problems and
quizzes in addition to the other assignments in the course.
I understand that I cannot change my grading plan selection
after the due-date shown above.
