Algebra A, Homework 6 From Chapter 6, do problems 16 and 22-30. Some of these problems are pretty easy if one uses the magical black-box tools of the 21st century - graphing calculators, computer algebra systems, iPod Nanos, etc. I think it's much more informative to explore how one would do these problems using the tools of 1971, when the book was written - pen and paper, slide rules, vinyl records by the Rolling Stones, you know the drill. After all, the tools of this chapter are among those uesd to program some of the magical 21st century gadgets. Let's have these due on November 18.
