Interesting SDAC guy. However your arguement has many errors(FLAWED). Cuba, Vietnam, and Nicaragua have all used force to achieve their ends and they are definetly not puppets of the Imperialist Powers. My friend Fidel Castro is a dynamic statesman who ha s brought to Cuba one of the highest living standards in the world and an excellent educational system.
Castro did not accomplish this by standing under a truck or holding up signs that said democracy for Cuba. He accomplished this by picking up a gun and fighting for the people. This can be shown in VIetnam with the great HO CHI MinH, and in Nicaragua with the Sandinistas. While still being able to stand up for themselves against the US and other Imperialist powers. However I am angered by your ins istence
that if a revolutionary is defending his community that he should not kill the enemy that oppresses him. That enemy soldier is oppresing, raping, and destroying your community while you are trying to change his attitude. If we follow your log ic than if a person tries to hurt your family you should not defend yourself because if you harm him because his family would be sad.ANother illogical statement that you mad is that if the violent revolution was succesfull than
your nation would be po pulated by trained Killers. ALl nations are populated with trained killers the question is not the training of those killers the question is the motivation of those soldiers. Those soldiers motivation would be to adopt the ideas of the revolution and co unter the motivations of the oppressing forces that led up to the revolution.Second of all the soldier represent the arm of the system and is effectivly a conspirator in your oppression. And your insistence to cling to DIrect Nonviolenc action harks
bac k to a cowardice to sacrifice your life in the quest for liberation.I rather kill and die for my rights than just be another stat. reported to The UN by Amnesty International

finally If you are constantly oppresed you can never have any peace.War do es equal peace if that war is a war for libeartion against oppression. Oh and by the way you did not answer my question name one area where nonviolent direct action put clothes on someones back or food in their mouths.
